The Incisional Method involves making an incision along the designed crease.  A required amount of skin, muscle and fat are then removed depending on the degree of sagginess.  The double eyelid crease is made by making adhesion between the eyelid skin and levator muscle. Unlike the incisional method, this method can create a larger variety of double eyelid lines, and it is much more permanent.
